Rototilt's positioning solution, RPS, together with excavation system, shows the exact position of the tool in real time. It allows you to easily measure and control your work from the cab, while guaranteeing you become more efficient. In short; faster decisions, fewer operations and better results. Safety at the work zone also increases as ground workers and measuring technicians can focus on other tasks.

The Automatic Grade Control function, which is included as standard, adapts the tool’s tilt angle automatically according to the model in the excavation system. As the operator this results in big time savings, you only need to keep track of the height, and can concentrate on what is happening on the ground instead of having to set the tool via your joysticks. Automatic Grade Control is supplied with RPS and Rototilt's ICS control system (version 2.10.3 or later) as well as Leica's excavation system adapted for the function.
RPS provides maximum precision when operating in very tight spaces, for trench excavating and on slopes and edges.
RPS is tailored to the industry's leading excavation systems Leica, Topcon, Trimble, Novatron, which makes it possible to use the whole of your tiltrotator’s movement patterns in the excavation system.
This feature is optimised for all tiltrotators in the R series in combination with the Rototilt ® ICS control system. RPS is also available with Rototilt's TLE and TE control systems, and retrofitting is also possible tool. Always contact your dealer for current compatibility with excavation systems and specifications of tiltrotators. Local variations may occur.
