Our success is built on an intentional approach to product development that places the focus on the excavator operator, with products that both increase the excavator’s efficiency and overall cost-effectiveness, and improve safety and the working environment on the job site. The promise that we strive to fulfil every day is based on our four cornerstones: Precision, Commitment, Added Value and Professionalism, with the collective name “Rototilt with heart”. Our head office and a large proportion of our production operations are located in Vindeln, a strong community in northern Sweden that has been our base since the start. For generations, members of the Jonsson family have been a driving force in the community – and we are still a family-owned business. Our culture is characterised by a strong sense of community and team spirit, and people often talk about the family-like atmosphere that permeates all our workplaces. At Rototilt, we do things together, and as an international company, this is true no matter where in the world we are located.

Innovations that developed an entire industry

When the tiltrotator was launched onto the market in the mid-1980s, it revolutionised the day-to-day lives of machinery contractors and machine operator, as well as the possibilities for excavators. We carry this with us in everything we do. Year after year, we delivered groundbreaking innovations that shifted the boundaries even further. Our fully automatic QuickChange™ quick coupler system, the Open-S open standard and the SecureLock™ safety solution are just a few examples. Rototilt is continuing to grow and create opportunities for our customers by working with continuous and responsive product development and a world-class, high-tech testing lab.
