R6

Rototilt® R6 is made for excavators that weigh between 15-24 tonnes. It is a durable tiltrotator that is designed to cope with harsh conditions over a prolonged period of time, and to handle breakout torques of up to 255 kNm. Our latest model has a worm gear for smoother running and less friction, as well as a rotation sensor in the end section that provides more precise positioning with RPS. In addition, the R6 has a high-pressure seal and smart grease fittings in combination with a stable design with lower radial bearings in bronze.

You also gain access to all of Rototilt’s other functionality and properties, such as an oil-filled rotor housing cast in a single piece for maximum lubrication, minimal wear and an extremely long service life. And even more benefits in combination with our control systems, the QuickChange™ quick coupler system and the SecureLock™ safety solution.

Your tiltrotator as a part of Rototilt® QuickChange™

With QuickChange™, you can change hydraulic tools automatically without leaving the cab. When you work with QuickChange™ in both the attachment frame at the top and the quick coupler at the bottom, you can disconnect and connect the tiltrotator or switch between different hydraulic tools quickly, easily and safely, depending on which task you have in front of you. You can also mount your tiltrotator directly on the machine and get QuickChange™ functionality for the quick coupler to change hydraulic tools quickly. In addition to saving time, this results in a safer working environment for you as a machine operator. The SecureLock™ safety solution is also always included as a standard function.
