The choice of control system can be one of the most important decisions you make to ensure that your investment will achieve the desired result. Our latest control system, RC™ System, has been developed to transform your excavator and your day-to-day work. This is particularly true alongside our options and system solutions, such as the award-winning SecureLock™ safety system, the RPS™ positioning solution, as well as the High-Flow Swivel (HFS) and the patented High Flow Controller (HFC) for greater flexibility when operating tools that require a high flow.
Important functions in RC™ System
Proportional
RC™ System is a proportional control system that allows all the tiltrotator’s functions to be controlled in one and the same excavation movement.
Home position
Return to a predetermined position with the simple push of a button.
Pulse function
RC™ System’s pulsating and shaking function means that you can, for example, spread material evenly from your bucket.
Angle display
The angle display shows the angle of the tiltrotator and can be calibrated so that it is optimised for the bucket used by the operator, for example.
Operator settings
The adaptation of hydraulics and handles provides the opportunity for personalised settings, where you can also adjust the speed of rotation, tilt, grapple module, extra function and valve block shunt.
Auto-calibration
Auto-calibration for optimum settings based on the machine’s hydraulics during installation.
Automatic Grade Control
Time-saving function in RPS that automatically adapts the tool’s tilt angle according to the model in the excavation system.
Security lock
