Our five corporate goals, Climate Responsibility, Reliable Processes, Market Driven, Profitability and a Great Place to Work, act as a compass for sustainability. We work with clear metrics to reduce emissions, use resources efficiently and increase circularity in our value chain.
Sustainability is also about people. Through educational partnerships and initiatives for young people, we want to highlight the opportunities in the industry and contribute to a strong local community. Building a safe and inclusive workplace is an equally important part of our mission – we are growing globally but with our values at the center.

Here at Rototilt®, we work strategically and continuously on our economic, social and environmental sustainability, and we measure the results of our work in an annual sustainability report.
We must always conduct business in accordance with good business practice and with high ethics in all our relationships. This work is based on our values as well as on our policies, of course, where active work to achieve sustainable development is crucial. Both as a company and as individuals, we must always bear in mind how our actions affect our employees, partners, customers, suppliers and the world around us. To ensure this, we have a management system for quality, the environment and health and safety, as well as an anti-corruption policy. Our goal is to create a sustainable Rototilt® from an environmental, social and economic perspective. This is based on continuous, active and preventive work aimed at using energy and raw materials efficiently as well as improving the environmental performance of our products, processes and transport operations. However, we must also shape the working environment in the long term from a holistic perspective where everyone is included.
