Rototilt Group currently has some 330 employees, with subsidiaries in Norway, Finland, the UK, Germany, France and North America. However, our heart and proud origins are to be found in Vindeln, in northern Sweden. It is here that our head office is located, as well as a large proportion of our production and product development. Together, our employees around the world are changing an entire industry, by shifting the boundaries of what can be achieved with an excavator. This is where you come in.

Family-owned company with a strong culture

Rototilt is a family-owned company with a long history. Our head office and a large proportion of our production operations are located in Vindeln, a strong community in northern Sweden that has been our base since the start. We play an active role in the communities in which we operate, with a culture that is characterised by a strong sense of fellowship and team spirit. When the tiltrotator was launched onto the market in the mid-1980s, it revolutionised the day-to-day lives of machinery contractors and machine operators, as well as the possibilities for excavators. We carry this with us in everything we do. Year after year, we deliver groundbreaking innovations that shift the boundaries even further. Our fully automatic QuickChange™ quick coupler system, the Open-S open standard and the SecureLock™ safety solution are just a few examples. Rototilt is continuing to grow and create opportunities for our customers by working with continuous and responsive product development.
