Stone grapples
Rototilt’s powerful stone grapples with their tip-to-tip design are perfect for heavier jobs involving lifting stone, demolition and scrap metal sorting. The grapples have been designed to cope with strenuous operations without compromising on safety and service life. With a stone grapple from Rototilt® in your tiltrotator system, your machine becomes even more versatile and helps you handle even the heaviest jobs.
Just like the multi-grapple and the sorting grapple, the stone grapple has a lifting capacity of up to 12 tonnes and clamping forces up to 75 kN. All of Rototilt’s grapples also have end-limit damping that automatically brakes the grapple claws at full opening position. This eliminates impacts and results in reduced wear, thereby increasing the service life of both product and components. The expander pins mean easier adjustment and smarter servicing – along with one of the largest grapple widths on the market.
