The Rototilt® R5 is the tiltrotator for all excavators weighing between 14-19 tonnes. This model is a real powerhouse for medium-sized excavators, allowing you to take on more and more profitable assignments. Designed to handle breakout torques up to 200 kNm. Our latest model has a number of benefits for you as a machine operator or machine contractor. These include a worm gear for smoother running and less friction, as well as a rotation sensor in the end section that provides more precise positioning with RPS. In addition, the R5 has a high-pressure seal and smart grease nipples in combination with a stable design with lower radial bearings in bronze.
The Rototilt® R5 also includes Rototilt’s other functions and properties, such as an oil-filled rotor housing cast in a single piece for maximum lubrication, minimal wear and an extremely long service life. You gain access to even more benefits in combination with the QuickChange™ quick coupler system and the SecureLock™ safety solution.
