In his new role, Mattias will work closely with Rototilt’s sales companies and local distributors in the Nordic region and collaborate closely with the company’s subsidiaries in the rest of Europe. The focus is on continued growth, strong customer relationships and greater coordination across markets.

“For many years, I have worked closely with both customers and dealers. In my new role, I hope to combine my understanding of our customers’ day-to-day operations with my experience at Rototilt in order to support our sales teams, strengthen our collaboration with dealers and at the same time help shape the company’s culture,” says Mattias Fahlander.

Mattias began his journey at Rototilt in Vindeln and has held various roles within the company over the years—from technical support to aftermarket and sales. His extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of both the business and the needs of customers.

Speaking about the company’s growth over the years, he says:

“It has been a privilege to be part of Rototilt’s journey from a small contracting company to an international organization with clear processes and working methods. At the same time, that is also what has endured—the entrepreneurial spirit is still very much alive. We have maintained our understanding of the contractor’s day-to-day operations and our close relationship with our customers, along with the ability to put ourselves in their shoes and understand their needs, despite our growth.”

The change in Mattias's role comes as Markus Olofsson, the former manager for Sweden and the Nordic region, leaves the company after nearly eight years.

This change will not affect Rototilt’s services, deliveries or ongoing partnerships. Our operations will continue with the same focus on quality, accessibility and long-term relationships.
